Yes, because they don't have to listen to horrible K-Pop all day long and they aren't plagued with 25,000,000 who have no idea what they're doing operating motor vehicles. But in all seriousness, would you be happy living someplace where watching television, listening to music or reading a magazine could land you in prison? Would you be happy having no access to education or medical care and having no future? Would you be happy to live under a system where people and their entire families could be imprisoned, tortured, raped, worked to death or killed for making any remark that's even remotely critical of the government? Would you be happy to live under a system that drafts all men for a decade, spews propaganda, forbids travel and refuses to issue passports? Would you be happy to never get a single snippet of news from a reliable source about the real world? Would you be happy to go to bed hungry every night and awaken with a deeper sense of hopelessness than you have ever known?

In North Korea 1 man eats all the food while the rest of the country starves, I think i'd be happier in South Korea

no why would you think someone held in a slave state unable to contact friends and relatives outside their country with limited freedom and no information or news from outside be happy? So freedom is happiness or the ability to pursue happiness and slavery is not, so people in the South are happier than people in the North.

No. They are facing yet another widespread famine. That's why they're making noises about nukes again- they get money paid to them to stop them from developing weapons.
