Mailing Address format for Korea?

Question

I'm writing a letter to a group called Bangtan (방탄소년단) The company is called BigHit... Here's what I read:

Seoul
Gangnam-gu, Nonhyeon-dong ,
135-812, 12-31 Cheong-gu Bldg 2F, Big Hit Entertainment

How do I correctly format it on the envelope? Also, should I write it in Korean or English?

Note: Most of the websites I see have the address as 10-31, not 12-31.
