I'm planning to live in Korea for the rest of my life (well.. except vacations)
I lived in U.S. and now, I'm in Korean university.

I was wondering if I can easily get career here in Korea after college graduation.
I want to become an English teacher, or just get some sort of teaching job.
The best would be a teacher in public school, but that seems to be advantageous for white Americans.

1. Is it easy to get career here in Korea if you're a foreigner, can speak Korean at a certain level (TOPIK 4) and graduate from a Korean university?
2. Can i get non-teaching job easily here with my status?
3. With F4 visa, how do i become a public school teacher, or "hawgwon" teacher? Is it easy or hard?

You asked this before.

Korea is a racist nation, but you are part of the tribe, so you will have no trouble finding work in Korea.

Because you studied in the US, you will have an advantage if you are looking for a teaching job, since Korea is looking for people like you to replace white English teachers in Korea. Just don't expect the same salary that Korean schools are willing to pay whitey.
