안녕하ㅔ요 !

I have Korean family because my mother's half asian and half hispanic. My father is half european and half native american so I'm pretty mixed. I know a lot about the Korean culture and language so that won't be a problem. I'm not looking to live in a place that's for foreigners only (so to speak). I'm just tied between Seoul, Busan, and Incheon.

I'm leaning towards Seoul and Busan since I'm more familiar with Seoul and Busan is near the ocean. However I don't know much about Incheon other than how close it is to Seoul.

I'm probably going to end up living in the city, but I'm looking for around a 30-45 minute drive to a horse stable.

I like the county and city life.

I already have work arrangements that I could do in any of those three cities. I know that they are all very expensive and I'm prepared to handle that change. But I don't exactly know the prices I should prepare for.

So could u please help me understand the cost of living in these three cities as well as the proximity to places like horse stables/ranches and farms as well as other out door activities such as hiking, skiing, water sports, and camping.

Thank u ! :)

감사합니다 !

Hello there.

I would suggest Incheon, Only because I lived there for 2 years. Incheon has the best of both worlds it is not as fast pace as Seoul. because of that it is very easy to meet people and feel more like you are in a community and it is close to everything. I lived in Yeonsu-gu and I loved it. Korea has a very good transportation system. you can take a train, subway or bus any place you want to go.

I commuted to Seoul a lot during the week.

Busan is pretty nice too if you are down for a more laid back beachy setting.

as for hiking, skiing and camping no matter where you live it would be easy to get to where you need to go to do those activities.

I am not sure about horse stables or ranches.

hope these sites help.

good luck!!

You can take the airport subway to Seoul's domestic airport called Gimpo Airport which is within Seoul for 3100 Won, around 3 bucks. Then from there you can transfer onto the Seoul Subway system to go wherever you need to go in Seoul and surrounding areas. There are many cheap Korean food chains where you can eat, cheap being around 5000-6000 Won.

I don't think there are any horse stables in those three cities, especially Seoul. There just isn't the space. The only time I've seen horses in Korea was in Jejudo.
