Are there korean dramas that would fit in the TELENOVELA genre? As we all know, telenovela is a genre for itself, different from the usual television show we often see. If so, what are some of the best korean telenevolas of all time?

You might want to define Telenovela first and what makes it different from regular soap operas as we understand them.
There is/used to be a cable channel on Korean satellite TV called Telenovela that broadcasts Spanish-language soap operas with Korean subtitles, but I don't think it's popular enough here for everyone to understand the term.
