You can attend school here, though your parents would likely be required to contact any potential schools.

In order to live in korea beyond school, there are usually several requirements including a college degree, a valuable skill set, and a job. If your parents are/were korean, there's another route you can take with the F-4 visa

You are too young to live alone in Korea. You should wait until you graduate from College. Then you can work as an English teacher. And no, you don't need to speak or write Korean to live in Korea. Many places have English signs (especially subways and roads and streets), and many people can speak at least a little English.

You should be at least 18 or 21, knows how to speak and write the Korean language (Rosetta Stone language store) have a college degree and working experience and saved enough money. Then you would have to get visas and ask all the general information at your local Korean embassy.

Good Luck!

No, you would need a passport and since you're underage you would have to be emancipated first. 13 is not a good age to live by yourself, especially in a foreign country you have never lived in before.
