Like what the others said, that wasn't Jaejoong but a replacement. When shooting the MV they really had to switch and use a back-up dancer because during their promotions for Rising Sun Jaejoong injured his leg. The doctor's even sort of "scared" him when they said that if he injured his leg like that one more time he might not be able to dance since I sort of doubt because my uncle is a doctor and he said that Jaejoong's injured leg was almost like any other so it was really a wrong thing that they said something like that. But yes, they wore masks in the live performances.

The one wearing a mask in the video wasn't Jaejoong but a backup dancer. But as to "not attract attention" (but believe me, it did), they put a mask over his face so that people won't notice the difference. Jaejoong hurt his leg badly and therefore, had to sit out for everything that involved Rising Sun promotions.

During that time, Jae Joong had injured his leg, so he couldn't dance. In the MV, they only shot him from the waist up, like in the solo parts and all. In the dancing part, that was a back up dancer in place of him. of course, the fans knew he wasn't the one dancing. so in the live performance, they all wore masks. :))
