What do I need to get into SM Entertainment?

hello I would like to know what are the requirements for becoming sm entertainment trainee, really is my dream to travel to seoul and audition, but I have some doubts

-Necessarily I must be Asian?
-Who pays basic expenses? (Food and lodging)
-Where do would study?
-Will the trainees receive a salary or money?
-Do you have to pay something to be trainee?
-Do you give enough freedom to compose your songs?

3.You would train at the SM ent training headquarters and attend a foreign school (Korea Kent Foreign School is popular among SM artists who come from America)

You do not need to be Asian, but if you know a language most preferably Korean, you're at an advantage. I feel like, if there were a major company that would accept someone who's not fully Asian, it would be JYP. Auditions are very difficult, you need either A) extremely good looks B) be very talented singing or dancing, or good acting skills C) both looks and talent (preferably) What they're looking for is 80% looks and 20% talent. They will send you too a school to learn the main points. You learn dancing, singing, Korean (or another language), perhaps acting and modeling if you are lucky. You probably will have free time to sleep and eat and go out for fun, but do not take it so lightly,they're very strict. Before worrying about what you would have to do everyday as a trainee it would probably be more important to get well prepared for the audition. Because the competition is fierce and it would be even harder for a foreigner, especially a non-east Asian one. I've heard of companies like JYP giving their trainees an allowance, but I don't believe SM is one of them. They will provide the means if debuting you, but I wouldn't count on receiving an allowance. In my opinion if you go for the global audition you'll get a bigger chance of getting in. You do get enough freedom to compose your own songs...but you have to be really good at it.
