Well, there is a chance. But it is very very minimal. It's just like how Asians aren't fully accepted in American music yet(you dont see a lot of FULL Asians in the industry. Only some like charice). It's not that the Koreans are racists, it's just that they are not very open yet. But I'm not saying it's not possible to get into the Kpop industry. You could be a dancer or rapper in R&B companies like YG. But if you want to be a singer, I'm sorry but the chances are not that high. You have to look Oriental yet have big eyes and a sharp nose. Fair skin too. Some east Asians don't even qualify. If you dont realize, Kpop idols are mostly Koreans, a little Japanese and a little Chinese. This is because the Japanese and Chinese bear some resemblance to the Koreans. But only those that look pleasing to the eye get accepted. Like Victoria song of F(x). She's Chinese but has big eyes and fair skin, tall and slim. She doesn't look like the ordinary Chinese-girl-next-door. The Koreans think that she's acceptable and so they take her. The entertainment industry isn't solely about talent(sad but true). You have to be able to attract fans and how do you do that? By your looks. You have to appeal to the audience. Honestly, if I were to put my face on a Celine dion album, no one would buy it or even touch it, no matter how good the songs inside are. But if you put a pretty girl on an album(that doesn't even have good songs. You know what I mean), they would at least consider it.
So what I'm saying is that it is possible for you to get in the Kpop industry, but as what position you might get, it really depends on what you look like and your talent. You might be a dancer, singer, actor etc. But don't let this stop you from chasing your dreams. If you really want to, just go for it. You've got nothing to lose anyway :) good luck

Yes! GO! Anybody that stops you is racist and i do not provide a f*** what someone says due to the fact that just due to the fact that it can be "okay-POP" does not imply that it's not for everyone. GD loves Beyonce. Koreans love black individuals! There's a black guy in black lagoon(anime). Aint nobody obtained time to hate becuz Asians are loving and thoughtful humans that don't care about ur skin colour. Seem how so much american citizens auditioned four SM and YG!! Then that means that even we are able to go and try it out. And even though you fell in love with k-pop does not imply you can't fall in luv with korea! Okay-pop is a part of Korea! Simply go and audition and tell the haters to stfu! GO!

It's not about the colour!! IF for eg.if you go to audition, and really you got the talent, and everything they're looking for!! Plus you're not bad at speaking korean! They cant be like "Oh,he's black so even though he's got the talent,it's a no" NO,they wont do that, that would just be plain racist! And i don't think they're racist like that! For e.g Michelle for Kpop star she's mixed race,half-black halk korean but am sure she'll make it!

You have to be somewhat Asian to get through. It is really unlikely for a foreign person to come in at the kpop business.

Koreans are a bit.. strict when it comes to foreigners. They don't really like them mingling in their business.
For example Chocolat - the girls are half Korean and they're not taken seriously. Sure, they're also ~16 but.. dunno.
In my opinion, no, they could not. But give it a couple more years and perhaps they will come around :)

As of now, no...
Right now, they accept people only of East Asian descent.
They might, in the future. But it's not very likely..

So far there isn't any, but I don't see why it's not possible in the future, who knows?
