DBSK and TVXQ is the same group, but they have different names based on where they are.
DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki) is their Korean name.
TVXQ is an acronym based on their Chinese name TVFXQ (Tong Vfang Xien Qi)
Tohoshinki is their Japanese name.

first of all i think its disappointing to have such a great band disbanding second of all kpop became really popular over these pass years is because of dbsk and other great bands if it wasnt for them i dont think many ppls will know bout kpop entertainment. and i agree with then working 365 days a year 7 days a month 24 hours in a day is too much i mean they have to be stand by at anytime. like the video said junsu was so busy that he cant even sit for 1 sec yoochun so stress that he doesnt even wanna leave the floor jaejoong so tired from 20 or more hours of working non-stop yunho legs were injured that he had to be carried to the airport yet gotta get up on his injured feet and continue his schedule. and when they were asked one day in an interview what happens if dbsk breaks up all the responds were related to dbsk first. it isnt right to have SME blaming everything on DBSK. and in my opinion if Jaechunsu wins the lawsuit and leaves and leaving yunho and changmin behing and SME getting 3 new members to replace Jaechunsu it wont be the same anymore. DBSK faith have been gone and many anti's will produce cause of this i just hope DBSK will be fine and be happy and thats the best we fans can give ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH♥

Same people yes.
TVXQ (often stylized TVXQ!), an acronym for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (東方神起), is a quintet South Korean boy band
TVXQ is referred to as Dong Bang Shin Ki (동방신기; Dong Bang Shin Gi; DBSK/DBSG) in South Korea. The Japanese equivalent of the group's name is Tōhōshinki (とうほうしんき; THSK), which is only used in Japan.
TVXQ, the acronym based on the Chinese counterpart of their name, is the abbreviation officially used on all products and advertisements outside of Japan. TVfXQ is also used, but not often. Their name roughly translates as "Rising gods of the East." (동방의 신이 일어나다)

But when its TVXQ, it's the initials for Japanese, I think or maybe Chinese? *sorry!* TVXQ = Tong Vfang Xien Qi
