Welp, it's like asking.. Why does every Chinese person have the same face? Why does every Japanese person have the same face? Why does every Indian have the same face? The answer? They don't. All coming from homogeneous countries there are common traits such as dark hair and dark eyes. Yet the majority have "stereotypical features". Which can be find as a link in the source section. If you honestly, can not differentiate the difference then I urge you to get your IQ tested.

Well, I guess you must not be accustomed to Koreans. If you really pay attention to their physical features, you'd know we don't 'look the same'. Of course it has something to do with genetics and ethinicity thing. There's also been lot of gene isolation in Korea's past, with only like ten different clans and whatnot and not so much foreign interaction.
I assume (perhaps..) you are East Asian as well, it's kind of surprising that you cannot differ us well. I can guarantee you that there are Koreans over there saying the same thing about other ethnicity.

As a foreigner in Korea when I first came here I honestly had a lot of trouble telling people apart. for the first week or so But after a bit you get used to noticing small differences in people's faces and you can see that everyone has a very unique face. The people who are saying plastic surgery are crazy, as if everyone in the country is getting the same face, although many celebrities do get surgery.

Homogeneity and ethnicity. Their race has been on the Korean peninsula for thousands of years, so all Koreans have a relatively similar face (just like Chinese, Japanese, etc.)

It may be down to plastic surgery as I've heard that Korea are really big on plastic surgery and such...
