Could somebody please explain the ending of drama That winter the wind blows to me (spoiler)?

I don't get it. They killed him... but he is alive. She is blind but... she can see. She has a cane.
If this is "afterlife" and they are in heaven, then how can this be a good ending?
I just don't understand.

i think they both died and it's an ending they both were longing for. the biggest clues are the lamb's ear and freesia are on the table. these are the flowers their friends chose to visit oh soo with. also, the ending scene is white/bright and blurry reminiscent to heaven.

They didn't die for many reasons :

1- they said " spring next year"

2- the scene when a group of blind people were gathered to a reading group and Wang, the attorney and the ex-fiance were there with Yong !

I believe they didn't die but he had to hide himself from KIM and also for the flowers, i guess it's for the restraunt where Oh soo works ! and Ji Sung felt sorry and ashamed of what he did to his brother even if he's Ok !
