(KPOP) What happened to the sixth member of Big Bang?

I'vr been kinda new to big bang but then later on realized that there was a sixth member. what happened to him?

He was in an elimination process with Seung Ri (Lee Seunghyun), and basically he was eliminated because SeungRi proved to be better. He was also too shy and had stage fright, and you can't have stage fright if your gonna be in a band like Big Bang. So that's the whole story.



He's actually really cute&talented, so yeah, people are still on the look-out for what he's up to.

G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung, TOP all made the cut. But Seungri and the other member didn't. So, they had gotten another chance, but before Seungri, wanted to just give up, yet he didn't and went on, competing the other member. In the end, the director was satisfied with Seungri's performance but not the other person. So, that is why there is only 5 members.

Before they had their debut, Big Bang was chosen to have 5 members. So in the auditions, TOP, G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri made it. Then they decided to hold a 2nd one and it was between Seungri and the 6th member. Seungri pleased the director and the 6th member was cut. Another reason for his cut (from what I've heard) was that he was very shy and had stage fright to go up.

There were six people who auditioned to become a member of Big Bang.

Big Bang was originally supposed to be four members and T.O.P, G-Dragon, Daesung, and Taeyang made it. When Seungri and the 6th guy were eliminated, Seungri sang one more song and was accepted into Big Bang because the director could tell that he was determined to win. ^^

They all had to perform or audition, and GDragon, Taeyang, Top, and Daesung all got in, but Seungri and the 6th member didn't make the first cut. Then they were given a second chance to really prove themselves that they CAN be stars. So on the day they performed again, Seungri really put it out there and the other member didn't make the director satisfied. So he was cut off Big Bang, and now its:

G-DRANGON(지용),TAEYANG(태양), TOP(탑), DAESUNG(대성<3), & SEUNG-RI(승리) :D
