내가 제일 잘나가

내가 nae-ga =>I

제일 je-il => most

잘나가 jal-na-ga =>success socially

잘=well

나가=go out

잘나가=success socially

니가=네가= you

They are saying "Naega" but it is sorta pronounced "*****" with a soft "k" sound. You'll hear it a lot of kpop songs(:

they're saying naega. it means "i am" in korean, sort of like "estoy" in spanish. the entire sentence is naega jeil jal naga which means i am the best or i am number one...... we don't really have a translation in english.
