I was thinking about going to Seoul this summer (specifically during July) and I was wondering what the weather is like. I heard its the monsoon season over there around that time. If it's going to be raining the whole time I might reconsider going, but if the weather's not too bad I'll still probably go. Could someone help me? Thanks in advance

It's not going to be raining the whole time..

it does rain frequently during summer, mid june to july.

in korean, it's called Jangma Season

last summer wasn't that bad at all. it rained once every week or two.

however, it's impossible to predict how the weather is going to be..

and due to global climate changes, the weather has been very wacky everywhere.

and alot of storms hit southern regions of korea and japan past year.

in seoul, it was a little bit windy, but was not affected.

ps.

Monsoon affects most of East Asia.

Very rainy but quite hot. My friends went last year summer but decided to go back in Spring next year because of the weather and it's lovely scenery in Spring if you type in 'Korea Spring' or 'Korea blossoms'. Have fun when you do go
